DIGITAL ART:

I am using my Ko-Fi to manage my Digital Art commissions. Please go there to view detailed information about prices and different commission types etc.

A form is available here to fill out for those who cannot use Ko-Fi or wish to pay via PP Invoice / Venmo, etc.

SMALL CUSTOM STUFF:

Most digital art related physical customs ( like character badges or keychains etc) will be listed and managed through my Ko-Fi.

LARGE CUSTOMS:


These are bigger comms that require more time and work such as costumes, plushes, 3d work, Live2D, etc

Due to the cost, I will only accept payment of these items via PP Invoice or Ko-Fi (IF agreed upon)

I may accept Payment Plans for these items depending on the terms and length of the plan.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to my full T.O.S at https://zigzagcoded.com/pages/full-tos

Art T.O.S TLDR:
- I reserve the right to cancel or deny a commission for any reason.

- Any money sent to me that was NOT discussed and agreed to as a form of payment for a commission or otherwise, will be considered a donation with no refund.

- My "Artist Right to Use" or "Do Not Use for Merch" fee if applicable is disclosed on the listing itself. Please review this to see if it applies to the commission before commissioning.

- The client retains ownership of any characters or designs that belong to them, but not for the artwork itself. Any and all art I make of a commercial IP (fanart) I own the rights to use for any commercial purpose including merch, even if you pay the "Do Not Use for Merch" fee.

- The commission starts once full payment or initial payment (for payment plans etc) has been received. TAT (not including shipping times for physical items) will typically be between 2 weeks-12 weeks (3 months), depending on commission type. Final delivery will be through Google Drive, email, chat messages, etc, if digital. If physical, final product will be shipped with tracked shipping only.

- Commissions are Personal Use only, unless discussed and paid for otherwise. Commercial Use is defined as selling or distributing the art in any form for profit.

- Revisions are unlimited within reason (with the exception of doodles as they have no WIPs), and excessive or major changes will incur a fee. Sketches and YCHs/ similar commissions are meant to be faster projects so please keep in mind changes may be limited for these.

- WIPs and updates will be sent as progress is made, and I will not proceed until approval has been given.

- Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis and the amount refunded depends on how much work was already done. There are no refunds once shading has begun.

- The references sent or discussed will be what the commission is based off of. If the client’s ideas after the commission has started differs wildly from the original details provided, without prior agreement or discussion, there will be a fee (up to artist’s discretion). In addition, the artist will not be held accountable for any and all artistic liberty that will be taken if not enough references are provided.
